Model ZJJ pocket spring assembly machine is exploited for the automatic pocket spring machine. They form a self-contained, high efficiency and high quality product line of mattress.

This machine can conglutinate the pocket springs orderly and closely. It avoids the trouble of buckling the springs and illogical use of the pocket springs. If you connect the pocket springs with buckles, it will make them too firmness and the springs cannot take the independent effect.

That is not the real independent pocket spring mattress. However, this machine conglutinates the springs with soft glue; It arranges the springs not so slack or firmness, the spring can flex freely.

So the mattress manufactured by this machine is more scientific. According to the client, model ZJJ provide four conglutination modes in the human-machine interface: With or without fabric, side-by-side or cross conglutination.
